3. Player Profiles
Profile Registration

- Masquerading as an administrator, moderator, or another player.
- Deploying bots for advertising, spam logic, or unauthorized commerce.
5. Digital Economies & Microtransactions
Fantasy Currencies
Our titles invariably weave in fictitious coins, gems, or skins. These digital items lack any tangible fiat valuation and are expressly unexchangeable for real-world currency outside of the game perimeter.
Finality of Transactions
When real money is exchanged for fake money or goods, that transaction is absolute. Rebates or reversals are generally denied unless dictated by regional consumer protection legislation or through an exceptional override by our staff.
Storefront Mediators
The financial plumbing is routed entirely via colossal vendors (like Apple or Google). Therefore, their specific fiscal policies, chargeback rules, and tax codes envelop your spending habits here.
6. Ownership Rights
Proprietary Assets

Player Generated Content

Usage Lease
We endow you with a constricted, revocable, and entirely non-commercial permit to install and execute our software for recreational entertainment only. Extrapolating this into corporate gains is heavily policed.

8. Exclusions & Limitations

"As-Is" Delivery
Every pixel we broadcast is presented "As Is." We explicitly strip away implicit warranties—meaning we don't pledge structural perfection, an unbroken lifespan, or invulnerability to third-party infringements.
Caps on Recompense
Regardless of the litigation angle, PhantomNova Games Company Limited escapes liability for incidental frustrations, secondary damages, or punitive demands born out of your engagement with our products.
9. Annulment
This pact is a living filament that survives until severed by either faction. You own the right to obliterate your participation merely by erasing your profile and uninstalling the software.
In return, we claim the unchallenged right to eject you unilaterally, without dispatching a prior warning, especially if you trample over these constraints. Upon removal, all privileges you held within our software evaporate instantaneously.
10. Living Document
Agreements aren't carved in stone. We might pivot these Terms as our mechanics mutate. Pronounced alterations will be broadcasted natively via our portal updates. Unbroken playtime post-update equates to your blessing of the newly etched laws.
11. Jurisdictional Authority
Should legal strife manifest, standard legislative protocols—independent of convoluted cross-border conflicts—will govern the interpretation of this pact. Any ensuing courtroom battles will be chained exclusively to local, appropriate tribunals.
